  1. My copy arrived yesterday, and having spent a few hours browsing through last night, I must say the atlas is an impressive piece of work. Covering an area of this scale, coordinating volunteers, analysing survey findings and finally writing species accounts with thought and attention to details is no mean feat.

Production by Liverpool University Press is of a high standard too, with clear, well-laid out text and accompanying photos and maps.

    I'm sure it'll be a well-thumbed reference for me.

Congratulations to Anne, Geoff, Ian and Rhion!
